Le Péré Prices

All bookings will be dealt with as fast as possible and you will receive confirmation of your holiday within 24 hours. A deposit will be required to guarantee the dates you choose and this is payable immediately. The balance should then be paid six weeks before the date of your holiday. We do not accept credit cards at this time, but we accept either English or French cheques.  If you have any questions about this or any other matter please feel free to contact us. On arrival we will also require a security deposit of £70 which can be in the form of a cheque. This will be given back to you once your holiday is over. If there are any small breakages, then replacements can be bought at the local shops and do not need to be matching. This will therefore not affect your security deposit.

All rental prices are per week, Saturday to Saturday

Price is inclusive of all utilities. Bed linen is available at an extra charge.

Heating charged at cost for winter lets (October to April).

Although cleaning is included, guests are required to leave the property in a habitable condition on day of departure.
